Real tasty KFC! The wings were individually gigantic, I just wish for the price there was more. The fries were nothing special, but came with good portions. Dips were good too. The service was outstanding! The space was also surprisingly accomodating for dine-in.

We ordered the hot and spicy wings and lemon pepper with sweet potato fries to go. The wings are nice and big, and have a great crunch on them! The hot and spicy was actually spicy but also had actual flavor too. The lemon pepper was delicious and a little salty for my tastes but it's easy to remove the extra seasoning. The sweet potato fries were not the best I've had, but went well with the food. The food was made quickly and the workers were kind!

[ food ]: 10/10 * Korean Corndog - Super cheesy with a satisfying crunch! I'd say that these were the best korean corndogs in town with how well they were made and the flavor really hit the nail on the head. * Boneless wings - At first i was really disappointed with how little sauce the wings had but after taking a few bites, I was thankful. The cashier warned us that the Hot and Spicy sauce was REALLY spicy and they weren't joking. I really enjoyed the heat as a spice enthusiast. He even said that for someone that doesn't usually eat a lot of spicy foods, this sauce would be a 9/10 on the hotness scale for most, but for those that regularly partake of spice would rate it close to a 3 or 4 out of 10, and I'd have to agree. Both the hot&spicy sauce and the spicy soy were really tasty and unique in their own ways but I'd recommend for satisfying that spice craving and the spicy soy for more flavor. * Tteokbokki- The sauce of the tteokbokki was perfect, I genuinely think the consistency was perfect, not too sticky/dry and not too soupy. The flavor AND spice was there. This one really hit the spot for me. [ service ]: 10/10 * When you walk into the restaurant, you go to the cashier to order and they were more than helpful and accommodating when asking for recommendations on the wing flavors. They gave us an extra korean corndog because they had messed up the order which was super kind of them to do. Everyone was inviting and kind despite there being a little bit of a lunch rush. [ ambiance ]: 8/10 * This was definitely not any kind of high dining experience but had really cute decor and wall decals of little corndogs! There was also a tv playing various genres of music which created a more inviting aura to the restaurant. I also appreciated how clean the tables and floors were, you can tell that the staff were on top of the cleanliness level!

Man I love me some Korean Fried Chicken (the OG KFC), and I think I've finally found the best spicy wings in portland. For me it's mostly a to go joint bc they only have a couple small tables inside and no beer which is key, how can you have chicken wings without beer? Especially if you're getting the spicy then it's a necessity. Also, the hot & spicy here is seriously spicy, it usually takes me more than an hour to eat 10 wings since I need a bathroom break to blow my nose/breathe between each wing. But I keep coming back for them and I don't often order the same thing multiple times even if I enjoyed it as I like trying something new each time. You have the choice of either traditional or crispy wings, choose crispy for sure (which is traditional for me). Also have tried their duckbokki (spicy Rice Cakes) which was very good, served with ramen noodles so I guess it's actually rabokki (Ramen duckbokki). It was garnished with some fresh greens that gave some extra crunch and freshness to the dish. All in all, my favorite KFC spot in the city so far. It also delivers really well, the boxes have vent holes cut so the chicken doesn't get soggy but still stays hot. Now if they just got beer, they would be the undisputed champions.

After seeing this spot always closed on my night runs to Snowy Village next door, I made the effort to head out early for once and try this Korean fried chicken spot out! The inside can be a bit tight but there's seating enough for about 20-25 people (including outside seating). The staff is very kind and friendly to talk to, and service is overall pretty fast! They have probably the biggest selection in Portland for wing flavors and I also love how they allow different add-ons into your ddeokbokki. The wings are absolutely the best in Portland. They're big and still crispy on the outside when you get them, yet very saucy at the same time. Portions are generous. The corn dogs are also great and I just wish they offered more options as they are also so delicious. I also love how chewy and spicy the ddeokbokki is, but was a bit thrown off by a black pepper taste (but it might just be me and my friends). Overall, a great shop and I highly recommend!

Holy grail of Korean fried chicken. Just like chicken in Korea. 10/10. **IMPORTANT AF*** DONT get this location mixed up with the two zone chicken on 1200 NW 18th Ave, Portland, OR 97209. That place sucks big time and the quality of chicken and flavors are different even though they have the same name. You've been warned! The owners are super friendly here and helped explain the menu and the sauces. Music is poppin. Feels like I'm in a trendy kdrama scene. Seating is limited to 4 tables inside. We went here with some friends and got the bone in wings. Don't get boneless cause it's not the same (in my opinion the bone in is even juicier). We got the Josie mix sauce (it's savory and good tastes like honey mustard and bbq?) and the soy garlic which has a little bit of heat! - Chicken was cooked perfectly usually takes them 10-15 mins. - Water station inside is complimentary. - Fries were cooked to perfection and not greasy. - Sauces on chicken are super flavorful. - Good price point for chicken especially since this is QUALITY! Overall this place is WAY better than chimcking, and better then bonchon. This place knocks them both out of the SEA! The only thing missing is if they sold rice for us to eat with the chicken. My god my life would be complete with a side of rice! But you can always get to-go and indulge in the wings at home with some kdramas. Tips: Don't wear white, or tight clothing, or rings, prepare to get your fingers saucy. They don't have wet wipes so grab lots of napkins. If you need a fork they have them.

Really delicious Korean fried chicken. The wings on the outside were so crispy and the inside was juicy. The sauce coating the wings were delicious. I would ask the workers which sauces are spicy or not since it's not clearly depicted on their menu. If you like spice, this place has a lot of spicy wing options. Fries were good. The cheddar cheese corn was interesting, wasn't expecting a corn cob with cheese powder over it. Not bad. The Korean corn dog was good as well, fried crispy and it was yummy. Prices here are a bit more expensive, but based on the area it's located in and portion size it's fine. If you're eating there in person, it's can get messy. I wish they provided some wet wipes or something, especially since the bathroom door is locked and you need to grab a key to use it. So it's hard to wash your already dirty/sticky hands. They do have napkins but still.

I'm so glad this area has new businesses opening up and even better that it's a korean fried chicken spot! They have been open for just a couple of months and honestly you're greeted by the owner and his family and they are the SWEETEST people ever. You should come here just for that alone! I ordered the 10 wing combo (soy garlic & hot spicy), tteokbokki, and half cheese/sausage corn dog. The wings were presented so nicely in the box and they had a great crunch! The sauces had a kick and I liked that the wings were coated but not drenched in the sauce that could make them soggy. The fries here tasted as they were fresh cut and not out of the bag and the tteokbokki has extra spice on top to give even more kick. I love korean corn dogs and they were tasty here as well with good cheese pulls and the nice sugar coating on top. As they're still new they are working through their processes and were always sure to check in with us and let us know about our wait time. It wasn't too big of an issue for us since we were in no rush but they are super transparent as you're ordering so you can make the decision. Be sure to check out their fridge for their drinks since they feature new drinks that I never even had!
